VMobile Technologies Inc. (VMobile) was established in April 2008 as the latest addition to PentaCapital Group of Companies. PentaCapital is a leading independent investment house in the Philippines known for its unique expertise in debt and equity underwriting, financial advisory and project financing, especially for BOT/BLT projects, real estate, leisure and infrastructure projects.

The inception of VMobile is a renewed commitment to ensure stability and address the growth requirement of LoadXtreme®. Originally dubbed as Universal Prepaid Loading System (or UPLoadSSM), the service offering was later introduced to the public as LoadXtreme® after a successful evaluation and acceptance by subscribers. It is one of the time-tested and proven features of the mobile commerce platform developed by the founding and present technical development team of VMobile.

Generika Drugstore partners with LBC and VMobile for MedPadala EGC

Generika Drugstore recently signed a partnership agreement with LBC and VMobile Technologies Inc., as distribution channels for MedPadala EGC, the first electronic gift check in the country, intended for medicine purchases in any of Generika’s 500 drugstore branches nationwide. Generika’s MedPadala EGC is the first in the market and is intended to address the concerns of OFWs and individuals who send financial assistance to their loved ones, especially for medicines on emergency basis or for maintenance. MedPadala also assures the “sender” that the money they send to their beneficiary is being spent on medicines and not on non-essential items.

This partnership with LBC and VMobile will allow Filipinos (anywhere in the world) to have access to this innovative product so that a greater number of individuals can benefit from this service. LBC has more than 1,400 branches nationwide with international affiliations while VMobile, one of the biggest online Multi-level marketing companies in the Philippines, has approximately 2 million active members.

TFC.tv, ABS-CBN's The Filipino Channel’s official online video streaming service that enables subscribers worldwide to enjoy Filipino content online anytime, anywhere, recently joined forces with V Mobile, the fastest-growing, global networking company engaged in retail. Through the partnership, V Mobile dealers get an “OFW Kapamilya Package “ with a one month TFC.tv premium subscription and a reloading business with 21 SIM cards, and other peripherals to help them market TFC.tv

According to TFC.tv General Manager Eugene Paden, “TFC.tv, as its tagline says, offers not only Kapamilyastars and shows, exclusive TFC programs, premium specials and blockbuster movies but the chance as well for overseas Filipinos to connect to home and with each other through its social networking integration.”
